I would like to pay my utmost tribute to the legend, el cantante de los cantantes, el grande Hector Lavoe! I'm the current Ambassador of the Republic of Somalia to the United Nations Office at Geneva. On the late 70's - early 80's during my college time in Bologna(Italy)I had the privilege to become close friend to many students from different Latin American countries. Thanks to them I have been initiated to their rich culture. The music is the best bridge between people, especially among the youngsters. El mitico Hector Lavoe was our favorite! El hombre que de frente parese que sta de lado! I would like to salute the relatives and all the fans of the legend Héctor Juan Pérez Martínez.
